Neha Dhupia says motherhood has created a completely different kind of vulnerability. She described herself as "shaky" when her children are sick, admitting that her mind can become consumed by worry. The actor and podcast host shared that roughly 90 percent of her brain is occupied with thoughts about her kids, leaving little room for anything else on difficult days.
Dhupia explained that this mental shift does not disappear when she is working or attending events. Even during professional commitments, part of her attention remains fixed on her children's well being. She noted that sickness in particular triggers a deep sense of helplessness, since parents cannot simply fix everything with a quick solution.
She also spoke about how motherhood changed her priorities and her understanding of strength. According to her, being strong no longer means handling everything alone. It means asking for help, leaning on family, and accepting that some days will feel overwhelming. Dhupia added that talking about these struggles openly matters, because many mothers silently carry the same weight and assume they are the only ones struggling.
The actor emphasized that while the worry can be exhausting, it comes from a place of deep love. She said the experience has made her more patient and more aware of small moments with her children.
